Eligibility Requirements

  • Projects must have been completed or services provided between January 1, 2016, and August 28, 2017.
  • Previous winning projects are not eligible to enter.

Entry Details
All entries must be received through the online submission form. Hard copy applications are not accepted.

To submit your entry you will need:

  • Nominee name (project, church, company, team or individual)
  • Category selection
  • 1,000 words or less description of the initiative or project goals and how your firm/organization or church creatively and innovatively met the goals.  This essay/description and associated materials will be the basis for judging and evaluating your entry with others.  Please be thorough and yet concise in articulating the goals and how your team creatively and innovatively contributed towards accomplishing them for the betterment or advancement of the church’s mission/vision. 
  • Size of the church (to ensure that your entry is correctly categorized, if applicable)
  • High resolution company logo
    *NO SMALLER than 271 pixels wide x 123 pixels tall
  • High resolution project image for print
    *NO SMALLER than 1200 pixels wide x 900 pixels tall
    **Image should be horizontally oriented if possible.
  • High resolution project image for web
    *NO SMALLER than 280 pixels wide x 200 pixels tall
    **Image should be horizontally oriented if possible.
  • OPTIONAL: Additional Images for Web
    *NO SMALLER than 500 pixels wide x 400 pixels tall
    **Optimum image size is 790 pixels wide x 450 pixels tall
    ***Image should be horizontally oriented if possible.
  • 50-word short nomination description to be used in the print and online listings
  • Date of project completion 
  • Link to a short video posted to www.youtube.com that summarizes or displays your entry (OPTIONAL)

September 19, 2017, 12 PM EST

Entry Fees

There is a lot that goes into each submission and not much time to enter,
so we've made this year's program even easier
Pay to enter now (without completing the whole submission process)
then come back at any time to finalize your entry!

WFX Exhibitors*   
  • $345 for the first entry
  • $245 for each additional entry
Non-Exhibiting Companies
  • $645 for the first entry
  • $445 for each additional entry

Churches**
Churches may only nominate
themselves, their staff members or their volunteers
They CANNOT nominate companies.

**Please note that entries submitted by a church must be submitted by a church staff member or volunteer and focus on the project or individual(s). Company entries can be more promotional in nature and emphasize the projects and services provided by the company.

Winners Announced

Winners will be announced in the December issue of Worship Facilities magazine and on WorshipFacilities.com.

Judging

A qualified panel of judges (Worship Facilities magazine editors and distinguished members of the WFX Advisory Board and WFX management) who are recognized for their expertise in the industry will judge each entry on its individual qualities. Please be as descriptive and complete as possible in your nomination essay as this will be the primary basis for judging your entry. All decisions are final and management reserves the right not to give an award in a category.
